Blondie and Read

A long time had passed since I had read volume two, so my memory of what was going on was a little hazy. This volume takes place several years after the first one. We are still following the same characters even though their lives are miles apart. I am super amped about the Hattie/Pearl story and cannot wait to see how it all unfolds. The absence of King for this book was not as noticeable as I thought it was; Snyder held his own on this one. I love that vampires are not sparkly or over sexualized. They're feared for a reason and Snyder shows it to a tee.
